Family Fun on the Farm has a goal of serving 2,000 people breakfast in addition to providing family fun, and farm tours to our guests. Guests will get to tour May Farm’s Orchards, view their field crop and harvesting equipment, and tour Jack Brown Produce’s apple packing facilities. On top of that, guests will be able to visit and speak with others from the Agricultural Community at set up booths that will feature other facets of agriculture and allow them to see a broad array of other commodities and sectors in Ag. We will also feature commodity buckets for local crops in our area (corn, soybeans, wheat and hops), Michigan ag facts, and information on ag careers.

Additionally, there will be kid’s activities and animals for the kids to visit and play with. We’re striving to make this an extremely fun event for Families and kids and hope to inform consumers about modern farming and how their food goes from farm to plate.
